CooplyHQ is live today and co-ops are already running on it. Getting started is easy: sign up for a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, and you'll have access to every feature while you decide.
Can we migrate our existing data?
Yes. Most co-ops lose families during platform transitions because migration is chaos. We solve this by migrating your data personally. Families, payment history, class rosters—everything. Your old system goes dark on Friday, CooplyHQ goes live on Monday.
Do parents need to install an app?
No download required. CooplyHQ is fully responsive and works beautifully in any mobile browser, so parents can check the calendar, register for classes, and read announcements from their phone without installing anything.
Features & Functionality
Does the system handle different payment schedules?
Absolutely. We know co-op finances are messy. You can set up membership fees, class fees, and one-time supply fees. The system tracks who paid cash, who paid via Stripe, and who still owes, sending automated reminders so you don't have to.
Can I send emails to all families?
Yes! You can send announcements, reminders, and newsletters to your entire co-op or to specific groups—no more copying addresses into BCC fields.
How does registration work?
Set capacity limits, age and grade restrictions, and registration windows by membership tier, then let families sign themselves up. Spots update in real time and anyone who misses out goes onto an automatic waitlist.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. We give you 30 days with everything unlocked. No credit card required to start. We believe you shouldn't pay for software until you see it actually works for your specific group dynamics.
Are there hidden transaction fees?
CooplyHQ charges a flat monthly subscription fee. For online payments, we integrate with Stripe, which charges their standard processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). We do not add any additional platform fees on top of that.
Security & Privacy
Who owns our data?
You do. Full stop. Unlike free platforms that sell user data or show ads, CooplyHQ is a paid tool where your data remains yours. You can export your family lists and financial records at any time.
Is the platform secure for family information?
Every page is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and family information is visible only to the specific admins and staff you authorize—each role sees only what it needs. We never sell or rent your data.
